DISCONNECT AND DELETE

Stop access, remove a connection, or request deletion.

Provider access should never be harder to remove than it was to grant.

Current pilot status

The public product tour contains sample data only. Approved beta workspaces can connect QuickBooks for a review-only invoice workflow; Firmkind does not connect a mailbox or send customer messages.

Disconnect QuickBooks

An Organization administrator can use Disconnect and delete imported data at the bottom of the Firmkind workspace. Firmkind asks for a second confirmation before removing the connection and its imported workspace data.

Revoke at the provider

You may also revoke Firmkind from your Intuit account. Revocation stops new QuickBooks access; use the workspace disconnect action or contact us if you also want Firmkind's stored workspace data deleted.

Delete workspace data

The workspace disconnect action removes the QuickBooks connection, imported invoices, supplemental CSV invoices, relationship notes, local statuses, and draft history. Contact privacy@firmkind.com to request deletion of the entire workspace or other account data.

REQUEST CHANNEL

Email the privacy team

Send the request from the email address tied to your Firmkind account to privacy@firmkind.com. Include your organization name and whether you want to disconnect a provider, delete specific data, or close the workspace. Do not email passwords, access tokens, invoice contents, relationship notes, or draft text.

WHAT HAPPENS NEXT

Verify, disable, delete, confirm

We will verify that the requester is authorized, disable usable credentials, remove data in the approved scope, and send a completion notice. QuickBooks remains your source of truth, and Intuit's retention of your source accounting records is controlled by Intuit and your organization, not by Firmkind.
