TERMS OF SERVICE

A practical agreement for an early, safety-first product.

These terms cover the public product tour and any Firmkind controlled-pilot workspace made available to your organization.

Controlled pilot

Firmkind is currently offered as a limited business pilot. The public tour uses sample data, resets when you leave, and cannot connect providers, charge a card, or send a message.

Accounts and authority

You must be able to act for the organization you join. Organization administrators control membership, provider connections, billing, deletion, and other high-impact settings.

Connected services

If you authorize accounting, mailbox, identity, or billing providers, their terms also apply. You are responsible for having permission to connect the accounts and process the business data you make available.

Human review first

The opening pilot is designed around human review. A draft, recommendation, browser return, or model output does not authorize an external message or establish that an invoice was paid.

ACCEPTABLE USE

Use Firmkind for legitimate business collections

Do not use Firmkind to break the law, deceive or harass recipients, send spam, access an account without permission, probe or disrupt the service, bypass safety controls, or upload malware or unlawfully obtained data. You remain responsible for your instructions, message content, recipients, and compliance obligations.

BILLING

Charges begin only through an enabled checkout

The planned founding offer is $49 per workspace each month after a 14-day trial. That offer is not active merely because it appears on the marketing site or in the public tour. When billing opens, the exact price, trial, renewal date, and cancellation terms will be shown before checkout. A browser redirect never grants access by itself. Billing questions go to billing@firmkind.com.

SERVICE AND DATA

Early software changes; your data rights remain

Pilot features may change, pause, or be withdrawn. We will not silently broaden how we use connected-service data. Our privacy notice explains collection, use, retention, and requests. You may disconnect a provider or request deletion through the disconnect and deletion page.

OWNERSHIP AND FEEDBACK

Your data stays yours

You retain your rights in the data and content you provide. You give Firmkind permission to process that material only as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve the service under these terms and the privacy notice. Firmkind retains its rights in the product, software, design, and documentation. If you offer feedback, we may use it without identifying you or disclosing your confidential information.

ENDING ACCESS

You can stop; unsafe use can be suspended

You may stop using the tour or ask to close a pilot workspace at any time. We may suspend access when reasonably needed to protect the service, another person, connected providers, or applicable law, and will give notice when practical. Disconnect and deletion requests follow the process on our disconnect page.

WARRANTIES AND RESPONSIBILITY

Verify decisions that affect money or relationships

Firmkind provides workflow assistance, not legal, tax, accounting, or financial advice. During the pilot, the service is provided on an as-available basis to the extent permitted by law. Confirm invoice facts, recipients, approvals, and accounting state before relying on an action. Contact support@firmkind.com with a dispute or service concern.

CHANGES AND CONTACT

Plain notice before material changes

We may update these terms as the pilot develops. We will post the revised date and provide additional notice before a material change applies to a connected workspace. Firmkind, Inc. is responsible for these terms. Effective and last updated July 15, 2026.
